This one's a Half Life 1 mod by the same team behind Resident Evil: Cold Blood (A co-op mod I unfortunately haven't had the chance to play) Afraid of Monsters and it's Directors cut. It's available on Desura and Moddb and has it's own launcher and a 3D menu as well as some rather nice looking models and effects, which are all rather effective considering the engine it's running on.
Reminiscent of Silent Hill envisioned as a more actioney game.

It also can update itself from its own launcher and has already had a few custom campaigns added, and a multiplayer mode separate from the main storyline.
